The GIMEMA Data Centre, with more than 30 highly professional and specialised staff, is one of the best clinical research facilities in the non-profit sector.
The «Calculation Centre» was established in the 1970s at «La Sapienza» University’s Institute of Haematology, where it first began to collect data. GIMEMA Data Centre’s operational facility comprises four macro units: central management, planning and analysis, clinical trials management, secretariat.

The Data Centre has developed a series of internal operational procedures, in conformity with international standards of best clinical practice, guaranteeing consistency, efficiency and homogeneity of activities within the facility.
